In the world of money there are two mindsets, those that see scarcity and need security, and those who see abundance and thrive on financial adventure – the mindset of the employee or self-employed, and the mindset of the business owner or professional investor. In The CASHFLOW Quadrant, the sequel to Robert Kiyosaki’s smash hit, Rich Dad Poor Dad, you learn how the role you play in the world of money affects your ability to become financially free. There are four types of people who make up the world of business: employees, self-employed, business owners, and investors; but it’s only the business owners and the investors who can create great wealth by accelerating their cash flow through assets. A Wall Street Journal Bestseller, Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW Quadrant is perfect for employees or self-employed individuals interested in finding new ways to generate cash flow. If you’re already a business owner or real estate investor, this book also delivers tools for even greater success. Average Rating:

I was lucky enough to hear him speak in person in 2006, and I still hear his voice in my7 head when I make a major decision about money. A must read! Well, it's obvious that the author and publishers just wanted to scramble to get something out there before the "Rich Dad" enthusiasm died down. Aside from a few (very few) useful and engaging stories, like the one about the "quaint little village" with a water problem, this book is just one long, boring, repetitious slog. There is a vignette in ... Read More Rating: - Cash Flow QuadEveryone should read this book. It explains the difference between being and employee, being self-employed, and being "in business". Anyone who wants to make it big financially should understand this and it's simple to understand. It's a great book and was delivered as advertised -- in new condition. Will look for future books here. Rating: - One of his BestJust finished reading this great book and you need to focus on this quadrant in order to be successful. Of course I've read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" but I felt he didn't explain the quadrant enough. This book takes care of the details of both the physical and mental aspects of all four income sources. I just love this series for it's brutal frankness and in-your-face motivation to do something about your life.. Kudos to Robert Kiyosaki!!!! |
